WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Glitz 2 Glamour Hair is fully committed to delivering the ultimate customer experience and exclusive products. Each unit has been physically inspected to ensure its highest quality before being sent to you.
Due to hygiene and sanitary reasons, we will only offer exchanges due to error in the received order (ie, wrong wig received). Otherwise, no refunds are offered. The client will assume responsibility for the return shipping cost for all exchanges.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TERMS?
All units are placed by pre-custom order. Please allow approximately 3-5 weeks for shipping and arrival of your order, as each order is inspected to ensure quality and accuracy.
DUE TO CURRENT COVID-19 PANDEMIC, SHIPPING MAY BE SLIGHTLY DELAYED DUE TO POSTAL OFFICE DELAYS BEYOND OUR CONTROL.
WHAT TYPE OF HAIR DOES GLITZ 2 GLAMOUR OFFER?
Glitz 2 Glamour Hair units are constructed of 100% Swiss lace with 100% Virgin Indian Human Hair.
CAN I DYE, APPLY HEAT AND USE PRODUCTS ON MY UNIT?
Our units can be dyed, bleached and styled with heating tools. Please note that exposure to heat and chemicals can cause damage to hair units, therefore it is imperative to handle the units with extreme care.
WHAT ARE THE WIG CAP MEASUREMENTS?
Small wig size is 21.5 cm
Medium wig size is 22.25 - 22.50 cm
Large wig size is 23.5 cm
